| 03 May 2024 Quality is such an integral part of our business that the recent ISO 9001 reaccreditation was a great opportunity to test our quality systems during the audit last week.
The process was headed by our Quality Manager, Liz Rowarth, but also involved input from members across the Pressure Tech Ltd team. Some were involved with the preparation of procedures which form an essential part of our quality system, and others were asked to liaise with the auditor on the day of the audit itself.
It is with immense pride that we can now officially announce our reaccreditation!
Pressure Tech’s owner and MD, Steven Yorke-Robinson, commented:
"The results from the recent Quality Audit are testament to the focus the whole team at Pressure Tech Ltd has on providing service to our customers at the highest level. As Liz approaches her one year service at Pressure Tech and with this being her first full audit in the role of Quality Manager, the positive feedback from the DNV auditor exemplifies how well she has quickly understood the challenges of manufacturing over 11,000 regulators per year whilst maintaining quality control throughout the process.
"I was travelling on business in India at the time of the audit but knew that Liz, with support from Keith O'Pray who has been with us in various positions over the past fifteen years, was well prepared to ensure any questions raised by the auditor were thoroughly covered.
"Thanks to Liz, Keith, and the whole team for completing the audit and passing with flying colours."
