Innovative Products
The XHR-300 boasts a unique dual heating design with twin 100W inlet and outlet heating probes inserted directly into the flow path to help maintain saturated gases in their vaporised form. This gives the double benefit of reduced volume and improved accuracy for the greatest possible efficiency.

Also for use in natural gas, oxygen and moisture sample systems, the XHS-300 is a more economical product, perfect for less critical applications. It utilises a single 100W heater cartridge in a specially designed spiral sheath to maximise heat transfer in the flow path and maintain sample gases in their vapour state. Depending on the application and space available, there are two entry options to minimise height where necessary.

The LF-300 is a single stage regulator with some truly unique features integrated into the design. Created with quality and reliability always to the forefront, and after extensive analysis and tests, the resulting fully supported Inconel X750 diaphragm lasts 50% longer than typical stainless steel designs, vastly cutting the cost and time of maintenance and replacement. It also features an innovative seat design which minimizes the risk of leakage caused by contamination.

Flexible Approach
Pressure Tech’s Pittcon stand will also demonstrate the company’s flexible approach and unrivalled ability to supply complete packages to meet specific needs, including two-stage regulators and regulator assemblies, and auto changeover panels. The team hopes to welcome as many people as possible to Booth 331.
Pressure Tech is taking another exciting leap over the Atlantic next month to exhibit for the first time at Pittcon in New Orleans.

Pittcon is the world’s largest annual conference and exposition for laboratory science, attracting more than 16,000 attendees from industry, academia and government from 90-plus countries worldwide. The 2015 event, taking place 9th-12th March, encompasses groundbreaking developments for some 30 applications, including the fuels, energy and petrochemical field.

Pressure Tech is delighted to be showcasing three key products within this environment, all designed specifically for the analysis market and ideally suited to ‘downstream applications’ in the petrochemical industry. The XHR-300, XHS-300 and LF-300 – all on display at Pittcon with team members on hand to answer questions and give further information – are made to deliver gases to analytical instruments at the optimum pressure and temperature for reliable, accurate results every time. The company will also be taking the opportunity to give Pittcon’s knowledgeable delegate community an overview of what it can deliver in terms of technical expertise, quality and flexible, bespoke service.

Successful Track Record
Building on its successful track record at home in the UK and within Europe, Pressure Tech is now bringing its cutting-edge technology and industry insight to the US market. Its attendance amid the cutting-edge research, trends and networking of Pittcon supports the company’s partnership with its US distributor AWC, a firm that offers engineering and project solutions and support across America.
