ABOUT THE ROLE
Pressure Tech is a precision engineering firm with energy sector clients across the globe. As we expand into the clean energy market we have a vacancy for Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. DUTIES INCLUDE
  • Monitoring and recording enquiries received by the sales department and coordinating responses
  • Maintaining accurate computerised records of sales enquiries, follow-up activities and subsequent orders
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer details to ensure smooth and timely communications to customers throughout the sales process
  • Liaising with the planning manager and sales team keep customers informed of progress of quotations and orders
  • Developing processes and procedures to streamline the work-flow in the department
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to increase enquiry conversion and maintain high levels of customer service
  • Providing information and reports to the sales department and management team to help with targeting business opportunities and converting into orders
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to devise and implement business development strategies and plans
  • Assist with the timely dispatch of customer orders and manage all related paperwork such as delivery notes, certifications and commercial invoices
REQUIREMENTS
  • Work on own initiative
  • Experience of working in a business-to-business customer service environment
  • Used to dealing directly with customers by phone and email
  • Experience of coordinating sales enquiries and orders
  • Able to manipulate data and produce management reports
  • Team player
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to understand and manage technical information, particularly in relation to mechanical engineering
