What is your VAT number?

You will find a list of all our direct dial phone numbers on 'The Team' page which can be found here.
What are your standard opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. We are, however, closed on Bank Holidays and over the Christmas period.

I want to buy a regulator online - how do I generate an account or log-in details?
It's simple. Just visit www.pressure-tech.com and click on the 'LOGIN / REGISTER' button at the top left of the home page and follow the on-screen instructions.
I want to view a datasheet for my regulator - where do I find it?
Search for your regulator using the search tool in the top right corner of our website. Once on the product page, scroll down and click on the 'Downloads' tab. The datasheet should be listed in this section.
I've placed an order online for a regulator - what happens next?
You should receive an email confirming your order and then we will be in touch with your proforma invoice.

Returns

I need to return a Pressure Tech Regulator - what do I do?
1: Contact us on +44 0333 259 0379 and request an NCR number. 2: Complete this 'Customer Returns' form, ensuring you include your NCR number in the 'Customer Returns Ref. No.' field. 3: Pack the regulator and completed form and add 'FAO Pressure Tech Quality Manager - NCR number: XXXX' on the outside of the packaging.

I want to receive a quote - what are my options?

I need to place an enquiry but I'm not sure what information you require to quote?
In order to quote we require as much of the following information as possible: Inlet and outlet pressure, flow rate, media, temperature, non-venting or self-venting (captured or non-captured), connection type / size, porting configuration and materials of construction required, plus, heated regulators require additional information.
I would like to check my order status - what do I do?

Technical

Where can I find information on the maximum pressures of a particular thread type and size?
You will find a list of all maximum pressures on threads from 1/8" up to 2", and including NPT, BSP, MP and SAE on our 'Customer Resources' page or click here.
A few years ago I ordered a regulator with "SS" in the part code. I have recently ordered an identical unit but it now includes just one "S" - why has this happened and is it an identical regulator to the one I originally ordered?
We introduced a new ERP system a few years ago which only permitted a finite number of characters in our part codes. This meant we were required to shorten some of our longer part codes. To do this we decided to designate one character, rather than two to the element of the part code which represented the body material. Hence, previously "SS" was used to denote 316 stainless steel, whereas now we use a single "S".
