MP Robert Largan Visits Pressure Tech

Local MP, Robert Largan, visited Pressure Tech to discuss the opportunities and challenges we are encoutering following a 50% increase in sales order entry levels this year

Last week, it was our pleasure to welcome local Member of Parliament, Robert Largan, to Pressure Tech Ltd to discuss the opportunities and challenges we are encountering following a 50% increase in sales order entry levels this year.

We have been located in the High Peak, Robert’s constituency, for 15 years and have expanded into industrial units on the same estate throughout this period. With such rapid growth and major expansion planned over the coming months, I took the opportunity to highlight the difficulties in finding suitable property due to lack of development of industrial facilities in the local area.

With a long overdue bypass around Glossop expected to improve traffic congestion in the next 3 years, and house building continuing to develop at a fast rate, the lack of commercial property needs to be addressed to help support local employers with their expansion plans, and to ultimately employ more local residents.

I also took the opportunity to tell Robert about our success in the Green Hydrogen Fuel Cell market, with a recent order secured for 2000 pressure regulators being exported to a key customer in the USA.
